Ingredients

1 teaspoon
yarrow
1 teaspoon
elderflower
1 teaspoon
peppermint

Instructions

Use 1-2 tsp of herbal blend per cup of boiled water.  Let steep, covered, for 10 minutes and drink as hot as possible.  Get well soon.
