In a pan simmer Milk, Mint Leaves, and Rosemary for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before straining and adding the Peppermint Extract.
Soak a clean cloth with the mixture, and apply to the feet by wrapping it around them. Covering them with plastic after this will help maintain the moisture.
