Brain Tonic Tea

Ingredients

1 tablespoon
gingko biloba
1 tablespoon
brahmi
1 tablespoon
gotu kola
1 tablespoon
herb robert
1 tablespoon
rosemary
1 tablespoon
sage
1 tablespoon
stevia (optional, or just use honey to taste if desired)

Instructions

Mix all herbs together, store in a glass jar for future use. Bring water to boil, add 1 – 2 tsp herb mixture per cup of water, cover, and steep 15 mins.
