Hemp Hummus

Yummy Hemp Hummus that you can add to salads, on sandwiches, as a dip with your fave cracker or simply on a spoon mmmmmm


1⁄4 cup
hemp seeds
1 tablespoon
hemp seed oil
1 can
chickpeas (drained)
2 tablespoons
lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 clove
garlic (crushed)
1 tablespoon
tahini (optional)
salt (to taste)


1) Place the hemp seeds in the blender & grind until powdery.
2) Add all other ingredients (except water) and blend until combined.
3) Add a little water and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3) Garnish with hemp seeds, a drizzle of Hemp seed oil and serve with crackers
