Hemp Buzz Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup
milk (whichever you preference)
1 cup
frozen fruit (mango, banana or blueberries)
1 tablespoon
hulled hemp seed
1 tablespoon
bee pollen
1 tablespoon
coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

Put all ingredients in to a blender and blend together

Notes

A little bit of Stevia, honey, or agave nectar to taste
