Mushroom Hot Chocolate

Cooking time: 5 minutes


A super feast delicious hot chocolate with mushrooms, maca and cacao


1 cup
milk of choice (or use ½ water if you want)
1 teaspoon
superfeast mushroom powder (try Reishi, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, or Mason’s blend for varying benefits)
1 teaspoon
cacao powder
1 teaspoon
maca powder
1⁄4 teaspoon
cinnamon powder (optional)
1 teaspoon
cacao butter (or coconut oil)
1 teaspoon
honey (or 1-2 drops of stevia)


Add all ingredients to a saucepan, heat gently while stirring until well blended & warm enough to drink.  Do not boil.
