  I would love to get a discussion going on all herbs that are supportive for sex for both men and women. I know Damiana is my favourite but I bet there is plenty more I haven’t had the pleasure of coming across yet. Blessings, Dita

  Hi Dita,

  For women I also love ashwagandha. This would be more of a daily tonic as well. I also find that the Love Bubble tincture (kava) helps me get in the mood and relax my body and mind so I can be present and fully embodied. Love Bubble is a fun one to share with a partner! Additionally people in the office share good things about Horny Goat Weed (can tell a lot from the name lol), but I have yet to try it. Also muira puma.

  For men — Tongkat Ali, Tribulus, Saw Palmetto, and Kola Suma — many of these are in the Hard N Up blend which I have found to be quite popular among our male customers.

  The Wildfire line we carry is also a really fun (and natural) juicy way to enhance sex life 🙂
