  I took a little herbalism workshop and one topic that the facilitator brought up was finding herbs that produce the effect/function you are after that are native to your local area. She mentioned that there are many healing herbs for each category of health benefits, and you can often find one with similar actions that is native to your specific region. This promotes sustainability and supports local economies/farmers. What are your thoughts on this topic?
