      Hey Herby;)
There are a lot of herbs that can work to boost your immune system, but I always recommend mushrooms. Mushrooms are super potent and help with overall vitality, immune support, and are adaptogens so work your body’s needs. check out Reishi, Cordyceps, and Chaga

hey herb lover! it can be confusing to know which temperature to make your herbal teas at! However I wouldn’t worry so much about temperature, it’s more about how long you steep the herbal tea rather than the temperature. Check out our herbal preparation page it might help you make the ultimate cup of herbal tea!

                      hey there FRK,
Well, there’s loads of herbs that could be said to help with vitality, and something I’ve learned about herbalist’s approach to healing is that certain herbs work for certain people better than others, you should probably visit a herbalist to find out the best options for you.
                      However these are my go-to’s!
Ashwaghanda – strengthening, high in iron
He shou wu – energy, strength & fertility
Lion’s mane – immune system boost
Brahmi – brain vitality & alertness

Is there something a bit stronger than Damiana tea? Perhaps I wasn’t drinking enough but I felt relaxed more than ‘in the mood’?!
