No, unfortunately we don’t sell homeopathics at this stage. We do believe in their value and power to support a variety of conditions but its not something we specialise in. Thanks, Nick

Yes! Make sure you remove the label completely first and it should be OK for the worm farm.

Hey Alice, Yes, the heat is likely to evaporate components of the oil in spagyrics when heated. It may still work to a point but you may be wasting your precious spagyrics if baking them when they could be put to better use. What herbs were you interested in including in your baking as we may have other options? Thanks, Nick

Hey Alice, interesting question as this herb is botanically part of the poppy family – Papaveraceae. But it is not actually an opiate! It is non-addictive and is actually used to help people overcome opiate withdrawal symptoms and can help people who suffer from PTSD. It is an amazing plant that has been used traditionally by native Americans, and now the rest of the world, for sleep, stress and pain. It is a herb I use often to support sound sleep. It grows really well in cold climates in Australia and can tolerate some sub-tropical growing zones but is unlikely to do well in Tropical zones. Hope this info helps and don’t hesitate to ask more questions. Thanks, Nick

Hey Alice, Great question! Yes the Daydream blend can be drunk as a tea and some of the herbs such as Mugwort and Blue Lily may provide a dreamy effect. Be careful though not to drink or smoke Mugwort if pregnant. And if you are interested in using other smoking alternatives as a tea, please always ask us first as some are not suitable for drinking as they have herbs such as Lobelia which are only safe to smoke.

Hey Alice and Malaika! Thanks for your questions. Damiana is a real powerhouse herb as it is great for so many things such as adrenal support, anxiety, depression and, importantly, libido! It works well for both men and women and so can be a fun and sensual herb to share when having an intimate evening or moment together. It comes in lots of fun formats such as chocolate elixirs – Desire; Tinctures – Aphroditea or Sensualitea; or as a classic dried herb that can be enjoyed as a tea, smoked or soaked in your favorite alcohol to enjoy.
Alice – you could definitely add it to your partners routine if he is up for it or if he wants something with a little more kick I would definitely suggest Tongkat Ali tinture – my favourite! Thanks, Nick

Hi Alice, thanks for your question. It is not the first time we have been asked this. Herbs rarely have a one size fits all result as different bodies and temperaments respond differently to different plants. Not to say that this herb can’t have great effects on men but if your partner is not having the same response (ensuring he has been taking everyday and tried for at least a few weeks) as you then maybe it is not the best herb for him.

Ashwagandha is often used by women for stress and anxiety, regulating the menstrual cycle, improving sleep and supporting the adrenal/kidney system as well as tonifying the reproductive system which can support healthy libido.

If your partner is trying to reduce stress and anxiety he could try Damiana, Stress Less Tea or spagyric, or adaptogenic mushrooms such as cordyceps or reishi.

If he is trying to support the adrenal/kidney system then Damiana is also supportive (a bit of a wonder herb) or my personal favourite is the Superfeast Jing powder. Also, try to reduce stimulant intake, increase exercise and a balanced diet and aim to get as close to 8 hours sleep as possible.

If your partner is trying to increase his libido then you can’t go past Tongkat Ali Tincture. It is such a powerful testosterone booster. My favourite!

Hope this has been helpful and let me know if we can help with anything else! Thanks, Nick
