WHY WE LOVE IT

This blend is great for coughs, colds and flus.  These herbs will help soothe the throat, clear the lungs, ease coughing, reduce fever and body aches.

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon eucalyptus leaves
1 tablespoon mullein flowers
1 teaspoon yarrow
1 teaspoon white willow bark
3 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

If using white willow, simmer first for 15 minutes. Turn off heat, add remaining herbs, cover and steep for 10 minutes more. Add honey or lemon to taste.
