Give your immune system some extra love with this refreshing tea, served hot or iced
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
2 teaspoon honey
5 milliliter ImmuniTea liquid extract
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Grate ginger
2. Simmer ginger in 1.5 cups hot water for 5 minutes
3. Add lime or lemon and honey
4. Strain into your favourite cup
5. Add a 5ml squirt of ImmuniTea liquid extract
6. Stir with love and get well
