  Hi, my name is Malaika and I go by the nickname Jambo which is hello in Swahili. I am so excited to see an Australian herb forum happening, the US ones are always herbs I’m not familiar with. I have been using herbs for the past 5 years to overcome my anxiety and have found Happy Herbs have helped me through this and I haven’t been on meds for years. I am still very much learning and integrating herbs into my family’s life now, so I really appreciate having a space to discuss this.

  Hi everyone! My name’s Hugh and I’m keen to learn more about herbs and share my own knowledge. I’m a tomato farmer so know about plants but I come from a conventional background and have just started learning about using herbs to stay healthy or help address health issues. I am interested in learning about herbal alternatives for all sorts of health issues and also about organic ans sustainable farming practices.
