  I love making herbal teas but get confused about the best temperature as so many different teas say different temps are needed to not kill the active ingredients in the herbal tea – is this really an issue? Is there not a standard temp to steep the tea at?

  hey herb lover! it can be confusing to know which temperature to make your herbal teas at! However I wouldn’t worry so much about temperature, it’s more about how long you steep the herbal tea rather than the temperature.
