  Hey, what is everyone’s thoughts on the most potent form of herbal concoction to take, if you want a strong effect? I find I don’t notice much from teas, perhaps I’m not making them properly?!

  I never realized that we should be simmering the teas with barks in it for longer, I’ve always just poured the hot water over it. I just received a packed of immunitea from Happy Herbs luxury tea range and the peel off label is great and the tea is divine. Anyone else tried any of their other teas?
