A FRIEND ASKED ME ABOUT HERBS FOR EPSTEIN-BARR
Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is a member of the herpes family and is one of the most common human viruses.
CATS CLAW is the number one – definitely. Although it is available in pill form, herbs in pill form are never recommended – a herb is a herb, not an overheated adulterated pill!
I suggest you get both the spagyrics for convenience when travelling and the herb for when you at home. So with the herb, starting in the morning, place a tablespoon of CATS CLAW in hot water, then drink it hot or cold over the day, even three plungers full, instead of water in a way. This way you don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater – literally, as you do with a cup of herbal tea. Keep the CATS CLAW bark in the plunger until there’s no more colour, taste, or texture remaining in the water. Then place another tablespoon of CATS CLAW in the plunger. This way you’ve extracted all of the goodness of the active ingredients into your body. By the way, I suggest this form of decoction for all barks and roots of plants.
WORMWOOD is a great one to take too, sure it’s bitter – perhaps sweeten it with Stevia.
The other herb that will be really useful is NETTLE which really helps the brain, blood, central nervous system and cleansing. Make a habit of having nettle leaf soup/tea, or if you can’t handle the taste, crush the nettle up and sprinkle it over your savoury food.
STAR ANISE May help as is not only antiviral, it helps destroy EBV in the liver and thyroid too.
