Blue Lily Liqueur

A wonderful relaxing drink you can have with friends or on your own


10 grams blue lily
300 milliliter vodka
1 tablespoon honey


For best results pour a little of the vodka from the vodka to make room for the herbs. Tip the blue lily into the bottle (try using a wide spouted funnel, or be creative and make one out of a piece of paper!)
You could also try pouring all of the vodka and herbs into a decanter, just be sure to use one with a well sealed stopper.
Try adding other flavours such as cinnamon, ginger or vanilla for different tastes. Best to infuse this for 2-4 weeks for a stronger brew. Strain it into a jug or decanter and you can squeeze the liquid out of the herbs to get more bang for your buck!
