lavender ashwagandha chamomile moon milk

WHY WE LOVE IT

Calm your mind & your spirit, and drift off into deep sleep with this divine bedtime treat.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Milk of choice

1/2 tsp Ashwagandha

1/2 tsp Lavender

1/2 tsp Chamomile

1 tsp Honey

2 tsp Blueberries (for colour)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients (except honey) to saucepan.

  2. Stir well & heat gently until just below a simmer, for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Strain into your favourite cup.

  4. Add honey & stir well.

  5. Sprinkle with lavender flowers for beauty

  6. Enjoy deep sleep & lavender dreams.
