An alcohol-free nightcap! Passionflower tea makes the perfect base for this sleepy time beverage. Passionflower supports the production of the calming neurotransmitter gamma-amino-butyric acid (GABA) in the brain. We team this up with banana & tahini, both of which are good sources of the calming mineral magnesium, as well as amino acid tryptophan; precursor hormones serotonin and melatonin. Support healthy melatonin production for helping you fall asleep and GABA, helping you stay asleep. Sweet dreams!


2 tsp Passionflower

1 cup of boiling water

2 small or 1 medium ripe bananas

1 Tbsp tahini

1/8 tsp cinnamon powder

2 pinches of nutmeg powder

2 pinches of vanilla seeds

1 tsp honey



Freshly grated nutmeg

Coconut or rapadura sugar

Cinnamon powder



Steep tea for 10 minutes

Add all ingredients, apart from sprinkles, to a blender bowl

Blend until smooth

Pour into your cups

Garnish with your sprinkles

Relax & sip before bedtime
